KERALA:
Kerala, a state on India's tropical Malabar Coast, has nearly 600km of Arabian Sea shoreline. It's known for its palm-lined beaches and backwaters, a network of canals. Inland are the Western Ghats, mountains whose slopes support tea, coffee and spice plantations as well as wildlife. National parks like Eravikulam and Periyar, plus Wayanad and other sanctuaries, are home to elephants, langur monkeys and tigers.
Day: 1 Report at Biju Patnaik International Airport Bhubaneswar
Arrival at Cochin Airport. Meet and greet with our representatives to assist and transfer to the hotel. Then a city tour covering Jewish Synagogue, Santa Cruz Basilica, Chinese Fishing nets, Dutch Palace and Antique shops. Overnight stay at Cochin.
Day: 2 Cochin – Munnar
After breakfast proceed to Munnar. This beautiful hill station was once the summer capital of the British Government in India. The never ending vast expanse of tea plantations and round the year moderate climate makes it a little haven for visitors. On the way visit the very famous Cheeyappara and Valara waterfalls. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay at Munnar.
Day: 3 Alleppey
Morning after breakfast drive to Alleppey. By noon check in at the houseboat. Do a cruise through the legendary backwaters of Kerala. On the way you will witness a full range of life and activities and some mind boggling sceneries. Overnight at Houseboat.
Day: 4 Trivandrum
Morning after breakfast proceed to Trivandrum and check into the hotel. Afternoon visit Napier Museum, Trivandrum Zoo and Sri Padmanabha Temple. Overnight at Trivandrum.
Day: 5 Trivandrum
Morning after breakfast, free at leisure, Afternoon visit Kovalam Beach. Overnight at Trivandrum.
Day: 6 Drop at Trivandrum Airport
Morning after breakfast from hotel and proceed to Trivandrum airport / railway station foronward journey.
